I found another restaurant whose menu will make your mouth water. Gluten-free buckwheat pancakes, eggs any style, organic ingredients, and potatoes that taste like my dad’s best spuds. In Ballard neighborhood in NW Seattle, you can find this breakfast place called “Portage Bay Cafe”.
Here are some good reviews, but I’ll add that it was great to see a “gluten-free” section of the menu.
These buckwheat pancakes were filling and tasty, and my husband enjoyed the trip to the berry bar. Thanks, Ellie for the recommendation. I think we both agreed that the best decor in the entire restaurant was the chalkboard wall that greets you as you wait your turn at this good weekend brunch spot.
